Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message.


Delivery Timeframes

We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only.
After dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
If you are unable to receive your package on both occasions, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery can be arranged for an additional shipping fee.


Address Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
CSOL will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier network issues or external factors.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will work with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.
