Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with CSOL. We take great care in creating and delivering each piece, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following terms.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any other marks.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Bodysuits or accessories
- Items not returned in their original condition or without tags and packaging
All sale and final pieces are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Clear images if applicable (e.g., damaged or incorrect items)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a CSOL error (such as an incorrect or defective item).
- Returns must be sent via a trackable courier service.
- CSOL is not liable for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days via bank transfer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return does not meet our policy requirements, the item will be sent back to you.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order through our social media, WhatsApp or website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
If the issue persists, kindly reach out to us and we’ll assist promptly.
Important Notes
- All returns and exchanges must comply with the conditions stated above.
- CSOL reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
- We recommend keeping a record of your return shipment until your refund or replacement is confirmed.
